Please note:
1) Tracking information is only available once your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped, and a tracking number will be provided.
2) It can take up to 5 working days to dispatch your order during busy holiday periods (e.g. Black Friday). The standard processing time is just 1-2 business days.
3) Personalized items (e.g. engraved, custom photo uploads) take 3-7 working days to dispatch since each item is made to order, unique for each customer.
